a4 is apparently 8.3" x 11.7" so 88% of that is a lot less than your paper. 7.3"x10.3".

If I scale it down to HO, will it fit on our standard 8-1/2" x 11" paper -
A4 is a bit scarce on the ground here.

Well I have a cheap HP Envy 5530 roller printer. Yesterday I
printed off the colour test on? Scalescenes' website. I forgot I had
been previously printing Landscape and had to repeat as Portrait.

I found that for this particular ¡°Layout in a Boxfile¡± file, that when printing on an HP 8710 Office Jet printer set to 8.5 x 11 paper, if I click either the ¡°Fit¡± or ¡°Shrink oversize

I'm thinking changing scales to the next size up or down shouldn't make that much of a difference if the resolution changes correspond (thinking of Photoshop image size changes)...nice to know it

Sorry can¡¯t help you there. Have only increased size of Clever Models kits (1/48 to 1/24) and didn¡¯t have any problems then.

Always draw a little scale both horizontal and vertical before Xeroxing as a check for scale as copiers are not accurate.
