a4 is apparently 8.3" x 11.7" so 88% of that is a lot less than your paper. 7.3"x10.3".

If I scale it down to HO, will it fit on our standard 8-1/2¡± x 11¡± paper ¨C A4 is a bit scarce on the ground here.
