As I have stated before moving this group to groups.io is not
without its challenges.? The volume of photos and files exceeds
the space allowed on groups.io so some trimming would be required
and setting up a couple of groups on groups.io to handle
everything.? Some of this I have started.
The auxiliary file groups would not be a problem to transfer.? If
the owner wants to make the move it can be done.

Well
from my experience the entire process is painless.
Everything
stays the same and the user does not have to do anything.
Very
little effort is required by the owner of the group either.
Groups.io
do all the hard work and transfer all the files.
The
users get an email stating that the group will be moving and
once moved another email to say that it has now moved..
The
user can then log on and all the emails are sent to whatever
email address was used by Yahoo
?

all in the hands of the owner.
