Feeling not too energetic this morning, I decided to bird on my back deck and what a good decision.? In addition to the normal birds (Anna's Hummer, House Finch, Lesser Goldfinch, Mourning Dove, Scrub Jay), several other species showed up - Oak Titmouse, White-breasted Nuthatch, American Goldfinch, Golden and White-crowned Sparrow, and Bewick's Wren.? The most unusual was the Hermit Thrush.? Some pics are attached.
