And now I see that all that hand washing we have been doing is Biblical!? Another good reason to follow instructions for staying healthy.

I had a little gathering of fully vaccinated girl friends Monday at 5 PM.? Each was to bring a disposable face mask.? We toasted being vaccinated and “the light at the end of the tunnel.”

Each threw their mask into the fire in the fireplace.? Mine had “Covid be gone” written on it.? We ate snacks and visited sitting on the porch.? It wasn’t cold enough to need a fire, but we had some firewood needing to be used up.? There are still a few logs, so there will be one more fire.? It was fun to sit and visit!?

Phil and his friend Larry pulled the air boat to New Orleans to sell.? So thrilled for that job to be done!? It hasn’t been in the water in years? They had to get new tires for the trailer before they could move it? I love looking at the empty space where it used to be.? We still have a fishing boat that isn’t getting any use.? Anyway, Phil and Larry got to have a good visit with daughter Kelly who lives in New Orleans, and eat some yummy seafood.? I know they were tired from the LONG drive down there and back, but they at least got to have a little time

at the WWII Museum.? I highly recommend it, if you haven’t visited it.?

I love the flowering trees and bushes this time of year.? Enjoy the wildflowers while they last.? I would love to see fields of bluebonnets….
