Quiet Labor Day here.? Son and daughter-in-law stopped by to visit; they returned my 2 hanging plants they had been plant sitting while we were away 4 days last week. We had a nice stay from Wed to Sat last week at Starved Rock Lodge and State Park in Illinois
on a bus trip; met some nice people!
We are enjoying a few days of cooler weather and some rain, also; temp when I got up was 57 degrees; 61 now at 11 AM. In a few days we'll be back up into the 80's. I'm sure that sounds like a cool spell to a lot of you!
