MTR2000 channel steering
开云体育I'm trying to figure this out. The Moto lit says up to 32 channels and the Wildcard tables show the 96-pin connector GPIOs, but... I don't understand the programming UI. First, is binary channel steering possible without optional cards? Second, does anyone
have any explanation of how to do this, perhaps with screenshots? Yes, I can jig up a radio and play, but I'd prefer not to reinvent fire.

I've never done it with the MTR 2000 but I suspect it would be channel steering using the GPIOs via wildcard programming.. I've only stuck an MTR 2000 on only one frequency ? On Sat, Apr 5, 2025, 4:31 PM john ni0k via <jasimmons=[email protected]> wrote:

开云体育I recently programmed an SLR5700 for "channel steering". Unknown if the MTR is similar, but the SLR was *not* like the mobiles - GM300, CDM, etc.?The default channel is the one where all GPIO pins "float" as they are internally pulled up. Connect the LSB GPIO (Chan Select 1) to ground and you get "position 2" in Zone 1 of the CPS. Unground the CS 1 GPIO and ground CS 2 for Zone 1 position 3. Logically, these are more like channels 16, 15, 14, 13, etc. Grounding CS 1, 2, 3 & 4 corresponds to "position 16" in Zone 1.? My use case was to have the default channel be DMR, channel 2 analog with PL RX and channel 3 analog with carrier squelch. These channels were done to aid in any troubleshooting of the site. Easily controllable remotely as there’s a pin on the accessory plug with detector audio available to feed an external controller that responds to analog DTMF, even when the repeater operation is in DMR mode.? 开云体育Thanks for your input, however I'm looking for help programming the MTR2000 instead of a functional description. 73 -de John NI0K |
