? It is the bottom half of the antenna less mast, so yeah it has the harness and a female "N" connector for the top half to connect to. It includes the bottom half loops and clamps with stainless hardware as well all curled up in a box to save on shipping costs.?

? As far as how do you deal with it, I don't know? I just screwed a 5 Watt 50 Ohm load on the end to sweep it for what band cut it was for besides the physical measurements of the loops themselves. As for how it was originally used, someone took the top half or it was separated in our warehouse or I would have had the whole thing together but I only ended up with a bottom half.
