I have a Wacom WP-678 with single Type N per cavity, originally tuned by factory on 454 Tx 459 Rx.
Interconnect cable seem to be only about 3" long.? It's working on a RKR-1225 90 watt repeater, (444.900) so, it may be close.
If you have further details on the cable lengths for 444 MHz area, that would be great.

Is it a WP-678-R2 (two ports per cavity) or an original WP-678 (one port per cavity with a tee on top)?
