a member of our local repeater coordination team hosting an uncoordinated
repeater at his own house, part of a huge linked system that jammed out
another local coordinated repeater with endless traffic for several
years. When it first went on air it was not even in repeat mode, it just
transmitted all the traffic from the internet connected linked system
just to jam the other coordinated repeater.
Being in SoCal I'm sitting here trying to figure out the particulars of
the above,... and can't because this sort of thing is happening in too
many places :(
