other thing too, I looked at the station operation controls and briefly rx mode says active then switches back to inactive.

The USB-RIM is set to use an active high signal for both COS and CTCSS. ?I have the PL line set in the wildcard however I just noticed that there isnt a output for pin C2 in the output group settings.? There is an output for pin C4.
Other thing the wildcard checkbox is greyed out on the system configuration screen.
