There is a service bulletin listed in repeater builder referring to a similar issue we had with large multiple MTR-2000 LTR system:

Updated firmware as bulletin advised, problem became less prevalent but instead of daily, now about every 2 or 3 days.?
With customers screaming daily, Took cowards way out and installed mechanical timers on each repeater, reset power daily, spaced out one repeater an hour apart,?home channel we had a IP remote power switch.
