VHF Engineering used a similar COR board .? ?While not hardware so to speak I would look at the ARDUINO repeater control software.

Hamtronics was a US based company that designed and built repeater
circuitry in modules and made it available in kit form or assembled
and tested.

look at the COR1 - or any others for that matter.? COR1 is based on
