Re: Fs: Ubiquiti Air Fiber AF24 IP link radios

I'm currently using nanostation loco 5g for this purpose but the nanobeams look to be a nice upgrade.

I'm finding them pre-owned for about 50.00 each in fairly decent shape sans poe unit. Im assuming the poe unit from my nanostation loco could be used for the nanobeams? I would consider a partial trade on some nanobeam 5ac units and would knock 100.00 off the asking price of the air fibers for a pair in partial trade / cash deal. Also for the cash portion I would accept PayPal F&F in leiu of cash with LOCAL PICKUP if you would like to use PayPal credit for the purchase.

Unfortunately these would be very costly to properly pack and ship.

So it's local pickup only.

The Ubiquiti NanoBeam 5AC is perfect for what you're trying to do. They're only $99.00/each. I have a lot of them in service.

Btw: Vista beam is a local last mile internet company and they are retiring a bunch of these along with the HD versions and some 5GHz stuff as well due to upgrades to newer technologies.

Hi Gary,

Yep, I was going to experiment with them but ultimately decided that I just don't have the real estate or anywhere to use them. I live in an apartment and they are very strict about stuff outdoors and drilling holes in the siding for cables or antennas. So they have just sat in the closet for months and they are too large and powerful (fcc rfr considerations) to put them in mine and my neighbors windows to beam her internet across the courtyard.

So up for sale they go. My good deal will wind up being someone's good deal.

I'm not going to try and gouge someone on something I didn't pay much for to begin with.

Just would like to get some of my investment back.

I'm good in qrz BTW.

Thanks

Robert

Ubiquiti sells these units for $1495.00/each (new). You got a really good deal at $300.00/each.

I have available a matched set of part 15 legal license free 24 ghz network ip link radios. These can operate full or half duplex and have 2 channels in the 24 ghz part 15 band. I'm asking 500.00 for the pair cash and local pickup in Scottsbluff NE. I just bought them a few months ago from Vista beam for 300 ea. I have the complete mounts, and poe injectors. These can operate over a path of miles under the right conditions. See the pics. They are fully operational and were tested.
