I believe pin 5 is not pre-emphasized. It is marked ¡°DI¡± which on other Kenwood's of mine *has* been sufficient for mmdvm/9600 baud, so you might be OK.?

Anyone know if pin 5 on the rear DB-15 connector on the TK-7302 is just "external mic" input with associated filtering/pre-emphasis and good for only 1200 baud packet, or if it can also be set to 9600/data for connection to a MMDVM repeater controller modulating DMR, Yaesu C4FM, and/or D-STAR?? I'm working with a local radio shop on this who has the software, want to advise them correctly on how to set up the radio as an MMDVM transmitter.
