One day we will get our telescope into a similar state to yours.?? One day.
We took a big step forward recently, the screenshot below shows what happened when we switched the router off for 2 mins.? We also found? a dehumidifier in the basement that was generating most of the haze that you see.? We are getting there.

I should mention in addition to the points that Dave brought up that at the time of the Io-B event Jupiter had an elevation of 75 degrees and was centered on the antenna beam.? Since it was near the zenith, that minimized the path length through the ionosphere, and being in the antenna's sweet spot helped as well.
