I like the BAV21, which is a high voltage, small signal diode.?

I built a wattmeter from an article by W8TEE and AC8GY in QST of November, 2018. It's an Arduino based project.? I didn't build their dummy load though, preferring to use one of my own.

I believe my wattmeter is reasonably accurate from 1 W to 150 W.

Do you really care if whatever makes 94 or 106 watts before you go to that trouble? Fun enough to evaluate 5 or so watts.?
