Yes, probably newly manufactured.? I did notice that Jameco says "more on the way".? I just wasn't sure if anyone is still making quality ceramic variable caps of any size.? So many things now are only available as cheap plastic. I always check Amazon for just about everything.? I'm usually surprised at what I can find and with Prime I always have free shipping. New or NOS? Cannot say. I'm inclined to the former because Jameco publishes their stock count and claims new shipments arriving periodically.?
