Hi Chuck!
?
I use double reply post cards from the USPS.
?
I have a photo printed at Walgreens at the bottom of our hill here in San Francisco from whatever outing I was on when I made the QSO, print all the QSL info on the side of the card with the preprinted stamp, paste the photo to the back, trim off the edges with scissors, fold over the other card and ship it out. If the other person said they never ever want return postage, I just ship the one card by itself.
?
Another cool thing!
A lot of people have simply taped their existing card to the back of the return card and sent their card using the return card as postage!

A Request
There's something called an International Reply Coupon. It's guaranteed postage from any country to any other contry in the potal union. The United States no longer prints them, but does honor them. If anyone knows someone who can get them, I'd be happy to buy several.
?
Cool Trivia
The original Ponzi scheme involved arbitrage trading of International Reply Coupons. Still though, I really would love to buy Internationl Reply Coupons so I could send double reply postcards that would work internationally as well.

I wrote out all the steps at?
?
and wrote a little more info here
?
I added pictures of an example below.
