I strongly suspect all of these "24 values" use the same die (maybe a different one for PNP types), in packages with different markings.
I measured noise levels of 2N3904 and PN2222 from aliexpress, and they are noticeably worse than known genuine parts.
No trust for active devices from aliexpress at all. Even passive devices need to be checked, I've got SMD and dipped choke inductors with measured values way off the advertised ones.
