The new vendor for Kanga US is John, KC9ON, at
a very great guy who has supplied me with many kits and has a direct connection to Kanga in England. ?If what you want isn¡¯t on his web site just ask and he will respond. ?He also is the go to guy for HW7, HW8 and HW9 repairs and upgrade parts among other things. ??

Rick Campbell KK7B or if you prefer Dr. Campbell of Portland State University has published much over the years.
A number of his designs were available through Kanga USA but sadly the proprietor has closed shop.? Kanga US was operated by Bill Kelsey N8ET in Ohio. I don't recall ever seeing anything about passing on the rights to continue producing kits but someone on list may know more.?
Dr. Campbell maintains a web page with his course information:??? which is freely accessible online.? You will find much food for thought on that web page, far and beyond the course content including this interesting variation of his phasing receiver design:
? I have tried a couple of times to use Eagle and create my own PCB for this one but never get past spending a handful of hours on the project before getting sidetracked on something else.?
and this one:
?Another interesting phasing type receiver design available as a kit is one produced by Hans G0UPL or QRP Labs that may interest some:
??
Which brings me to Curt's last comments in his post - if someone (i.e. Curt) creates a unique PCB design (Curt' IP) for a circuit designed by someone else (someone else's IP), does not that someone (i.e. Curt) now have the rights to his PCB design and can do what they wish with it???

Being interested in building something a little different, happened on this article while looking for info on IQ detectors.?
This radio was sold by Kanga as a kit, assume the IP is owned by KK7B and/or Kanga.? Presume the article was published so people might build one from scratch but with implied hope that people would buy the kit.
Has anyone built this receiver?? What were the results?? Planning to use Eagle to prepare gerber files and have a few boards fabricated for my personal use.? It will be impossible to share any of this because have no idea of how to obtain necessary permissions.
