We have provided PDF files to our vision impaired subscribers in the past, and to certain overseas address that were having trouble getting mail.

Issues ended up in collections on eBay, archive.org, and a few other places.?

The QRP Quarterly is copyrighted by QRP Amateur Radio Club International and is the property of QRP Amateur Radio Club International.

As for a digital version that's not PDF, there is also the access issue. We don't have any programmers. We barely have a web master.

Note: QRP ARCI does not hold exclusive rights to submitted articles.? Authors are free to publish anywhere they wish.?

Probably the USPS has not been DODGED yet. ?I bet if you send it via “junk” it would actually get there quicker.

BTW my copy came in today, exactly 18 days……. I ship all over the country at the lowest commercial rate and it arrives within 3-5 days, insured and traceable too! ?Something wrong here.

I’m thinking of holding an auction for mine. ?Still in the envelope. ?I’m opening bids at $50. ?Plus slow postage.

With the most recent issue of QRP Quarterly landing in mailboxes I want to draw your attention to “QRP-ARCI News” starting on page 4. ?

This month is the Board of Directors elections for QRP-ARCI and with Dick G0BPS and Ed W1RFI both deciding to retire after years of service, we know we will have 2 new members join the board after the election.?

Candidate summaries and voting information is in the article. ? As outlined ?it the club bylaws, only paid subscribing members of QRP-ARCI receive a vote - so please do not publicize how to vote in this public forum.?

New Board of Directors members will be announced at the banquet at FDIM.?
