Hey Bill,
The ST1 finger pieces are attached to the same piece of metal so when you press one to activate it, the other one actually moves away from it's respective contact. I haven't tried this, but I assume you could squeeze them hard enough (maybe at the risk of bending the lever somewhere) to force both contacts to be touched at the same time and get iambs from the a keyer. Please don't anyone try this and say I told you to!
