Hi Jim,
after I am back from vacation and the head is clear again, I followed first of all your hint.
To my shame I have to admit that I made a mistake here. Sorry!
I use a switchable probe 1x/10x on my old "Tek 2465A". The switch should also switch the scaling factor and the voltage display during readout. Here however a defective is present, so that the voltages in the pictures from the forum are to be multiplied all with 10.
Of course, the error should have been noticeable. But I use the oscilloscope very rarely and therefore I didn't notice it. But it's a hint that I, as an occasional user of measuring instruments, will take into account in the future. Thanks for the hint, Jim.
I will now partially rebuild the VFO and shy away from reaching the required voltages. However, I have other things to do at the moment, so it will take some time. But I will report about the result in any case.
