I assume there are quite a few members out there that program PCs in their favorite language.
Just thought I'd check with y'all before I go further with this work:

I think you get the idea...If you have a database of QSOs, you can easily generate a WAS MAP.
I searched the WEB and did not find anything out there that does that function.
