Note that for the "other" 2 crystals in addition to trimmers the transmit mixer has inductance help to pull it in the right direction. The detector trimmer C17 pulls X5 around 1.5 KHz and the transmit trimmer probably does something somewhat similar so 10 Hz matching with the filter is very likely not needed.
