Re: ADIF Monitor Function

Adam,

to be honest, I'm not planning anything like that.?

WSJTX QSOs are imported via a network connection.

Hi
?
I wonder if there is a way to automatically scan a user selectable ADI file for changes and automatically import/ Insert those changes into Qlog as they happen?
?
This scenario could be handy, for example, when running a club type logger like SKCC logger in the foreground with Qlog in the background. The SKCC logger tracks club awards for contacts made and saves the contact in a text-based log like "mylog.adi". SKCC logger is a very simplistic logger but streamlines the award application process for SKCC members.
?
Qlog could "listen" for changes to the file, located at C:\SKCC\mylog.adi for example, and would insert each completed QSO into Qlog. All QSO information would be transferred including date, time call-sign frequency, mode etc...
?
I'm not sure if this is similar to the WJSTX setup currently available or if it is a different process.
?
Cheers
