You already have the 8m band in the band table. I don't want to speculate on how it was done, but it's not an installation.
You have two options how to fix it:
1) You will remove the 8m band record from the band table via an external application.
2) If you don't know how to do it, send me your database to my email (zip it before sending if it is a large database).I'll edit it and send it back.Where you can find the database is on the Wiki
.

OK...windows...
1) start command line
cmd
2) jump to QLog system dir
cd c:\Program Files\QLog
3) type follow command
set QT_LOGGING_RULES=qlog.core.migration.*=true
4) start qlog with following parameters
qlog.exe > c:\Users\<YOUR_HOME>\debug.txt 2>&1
Please, replace <YOUR_HOME> the folder, where you have your Home dir.
It will generate a debug.txt file in your home directory. Please, send me the file.
Unfortunately, I did not find any issue when I tested this version under Linux and Windows and again I retested this version under Windows from QLog v0.36. So it seems that your database is "unexpectedly" different.

you have to specify the path to the qlog. Which package system do you use? Deb, Flatpak, RPM?

If you already have an 8m band in the databa, then remove it. The release adds the record for it.
