Hi,

maybe USERDEFINED ADIF fields is a feature not much people use. I only suggested 'cos I use it but it maybe worthless and difficult to implement.

Next an edited example from a simple ADIF registry with USERDEFINED field:

Hi,

The SWL Check is not a problem. I don't see from your description how you use it, but I assume that the SWL check should be present in the QSO Detail Dialog, right?

On the other hand, I have a problem with the UserDefined field. Unfortunately, it is still not clear from your description how you use it. Also, keep in mind that UserDefined fields are not transferable between applications. So, I would be very careful with this one. I just want to know if something that is already used in ADIF (e.g. SIG field) can be used instead of UserDefined fields. That's why I would like you to describe an example of its usage.

Regards
Ladislav

HI,

It's not a problem to add something. But I have to know what and why it should be added. Unfortunately, it is not entirely clear from your description what and why you want to add.

SWL Check - Do you mean ADIF field "SWL"?

Yes. Sometimes I receive listener-only reports and it could be interesting.

USERDEF - Do you mean ADIF's USERDEF that are defined like ? Can you please describe what you use it for?
Yes. I usually use for some kind of awards to store extra information for easy searching.

Ladislav

Both are only suggestions.

Regards.

Hi all,

this is my first post in QLog mailing list. I've just trying it and it
looks very well. I'd like to ask for a couple of features to take into
account for future releases, if it was possible:

- SWL check (or whatever seemly) in a QSO info

- USERDEF fields support

Thanks in advance and congratulations for your work.
