Yes I run my win10 in UK language, but it would be nice if it could be set up in Qlog to use km or miles.... somewhere in the config area?

Send from my mobile office.
The units are controlled by OS settings under Windows OS (Language and Country setting). If you have one of the following option then you will have "miles"
English && United States Spanish && United States Hawaiian && United States
English && United Kingdom
Otherwise you should have "km"

Please, see . If you have Linux then LC_MEASUREMENT is the variable which controls units in the applications.
