Hi Ben,

LoTW is back BUT it is unusable. Response time is very long from LoTW servers. It is logical, because everyone is uploading and downloading logs from the past month.

LOTW and a few other ARRL services have been down for over a month due to a data hack. There is no indication when these services will be back online.
