The fact that it is not possible to uninstall 0.36.0 is the mentioned issue in QT, for which I had to find a workaround and the workaround is implemented in the 0.36.0-1
Please, just install 0.36.0-1 and everything is solved. It is not necessary to uninstall 0.36.0. This is how it was written in the Release Notes - uninstall 0.35.x and older and install 0.36.0-1.
And again. It is necessary to do only for WINDOWS. Other platforms are not affected.

Uninstall of old version was working
New Version 0.36.0 does not let me uninstall - no clue why this is not working
?I think it has as well something to do with the installation path change¡
Deinstallation was working before!
