Howdy,
Make your 150 contacts which I'm sure you are going to do. Generate
the Log from the FIST program. Start/explore/program files/fist and
open WB4X file. Edit/"select all". Right click on the log and
select copy. Close FIST log. Select "NotePad" from
programs/accessories and paste the log to the "NotePad".
Select "Save as" and name your file and put it in a folder or on the
desktop itself. Open up the file and delete the stuff above the
log and all the junk you dont want in the log and save whats left to
your file name. You now have a log that you can work with to make
correction etc..... There or other ways to do all this and you may
have something easier. Ok, to send the log open your email/Send
msg. From the NotePad file (select all) and copy/paste to the email
message text area. You can now make alignment corrections on the
email with deleting and adding spaces as needed. Put QRP-l
address on the email and send it.
You still have the original log in FIST if you need it or mess up
the NotePad copy and have to start over. I have no idea what you
know about processing/editing text files so I told you as if you
don't know much Hi HI. Ani questions let me know. Just for kicks
send the completed text file to your self and see how it comes back
as everyone else will see it.
