Steven: Please thank Rhonda for the kind words.? Focus stacking either in-camera ("focus shift" in Nikon parlance) or tethered to a computer is not hard.? Helicon Remote and Helicon Focus are my current goto apps for this technique.
Of course, as usual there were several excellent prints.? I enjoy seeing the world through the other participants eyes.

Re: Update re June/July prints
Stephen, Thanks for the kind words.
As an aside, my submissions are always printed to be looked at in normal daylight, because that is the only light source that is exactly the same for everyone! Which is also the reason why I love to distribute and exhibit prints - because, in that case, every viewer sees exactly the same image in every way, as intended by me!
I am planning to submit another image from the Flower Bazaar in the? current round, but in colour, unless, of course, something better pops up before I start printing!
Cheers Jayanand

I think on the box to India is taking 12-14 days to be delivered.

Sign Up Now for the August/September Print Exchanges
We currently have 11 people signed up for the B&W exchange and 10 for the Color exchange, so there is room for a few more.? As we agreed a few months ago, the new limit will be 15 participants.

The sign-up will close on August 15th.? I will post the final lists on the 16th.
Please ship your prints so they arrive in Alaska NO LATER than the last week of September.
The following photographers are currently signed up for the Black & White exchange:
- Tom O'Connell

- Jayanand Govindaraj
- Steve Mustoe
- Westley Clavey
- Nara Narasimhan
- Rob Schwartz
- Jeff Deam
- Joshua Daniels
- Rick Holmes
- S. Prabhakaran
The following photographers are currently signed up for the Color print exchange:

?
TO SUCCESSFULLY PARTICIPATE PLEASE READ ALL OF THE GUIDELINES BELOW
===================================================================
1) Prints are to be on either Letter (8.5x11) or A4 (8.3"x11.7") size paper. Please sign the print (generally done on the front).?
2) On about the 15th of the month you will be notified of how many participants there are for each exchange.? You are to print one print for each of the other participants and one for yourself.?
3) Prints should be enclosed in individual clear sleeves (for example Clear Bags B811SNF) along with a Tech Sheet. Include the date of the exchange, your name, print title and any information about the subject matter, printer, inkset, software, workflow etc on the Tech Sheet which may be of interest to other participants.? Optional: also include your own?critique?of your image.?
4) Make sure that whatever return box or mailing method you use can accommodate both Letter (8.5x11) and A4 (8.3"x11.7") sized prints.??The total number of prints submitted is likely be greater than for the prior monthly print exchanges, so for those participants in the USA a USPS Flat Rate Medium size box is probably the best choice, especially if you are participating in both the B&W and Color print exchanges.
?5) For example, mailing your prints (addressed to the print exchange coordinator) in a USPS Flat Rate envelope or medium size box with an enclosed prepaid USPS Click-n-Ship return LABEL for a Flat Rate envelope or medium size box (addressed to yourself)?should work?very well. ?See this message for additional details?and images of how others have packaged their prints.
6) If you have not included a return postage pre-paid label please send the print exchange coordinator funds for the cost of a USPS Flat Rate envelope or medium size box (whichever you prefer to use) attached to a sheet of paper which?clearly?shows your return address.?
7) Upload a file of the image you have printed into the?correct photo album.? It permits those that are not actively participating in the current exchange an opportunity to observe.? It also creates a historical record that is useful over the years.?
8) Comments on prints are welcome and encouraged, but are not required for participation in a print exchange.? Any topic or theme for a print exchange is entirely optional.

Hi Robert,
I received the exchange prints yesterday and your tree print is beautiful and inspiring.? Thanks for sharing it on such fine paper.
Thanks for the kind comments. I hope to produce a few more in that style during this year.
I bought more of the paper as I really like it.
Sorry for?the slow reply. I've been super busy and also now I am finally getting?time to organise my print set to be picked up from Gary, so hopefully next week I will receive?all your prints.

Based on the feedback we¡¯ve received, just 4 people (including me) would participate in an extra print exchange on the intervening month of our current bi-monthly exchange.? I was hoping for 5-6. So, I guess we will stick with the current bi-monthly only print exchange schedule until/unless there is more interest in an additional exchange in the future.
I¡¯ll just keep on printing and look for another outlet to share prints more frequently.? One advantage of being semi-retired is I have much more time and a desire to make more prints.? The disadvantage is what do I do with them? ?:-)
