18 January - Trent Valley Area Group Members (open) Day

Simon Jones All Messages By This Member #7425 For anyone wondering, I can confirm there will be at least (probably only, actually) one O14 layout at the Trent Valley Area Group's open day this coming Saturday 18 Jan. It's my embryonic compact taster layout, track based on RCL track components and includes a couple tight of Type 1 curves. Visiting O14 locos/stock welcome, though locos of 3+axles may only have two or three feet to stretch their wheels in. Expecting to have both DC and DCC power. Cheers Simon

David Rae All Messages By This Member #7434 I am doing some modelling with small 3ft gauge prototypes in 21mm gauge. Alex Bingley has 3D printed a small wagon frame, based on a Torrington & Marland 10ft length wagon [Ted Davies' drawing] but would also suit the Southwold open wagons, using Slaters 14mm wheels. I'll take delivery at the Trent Valley show and he's happy to print them for anyone else.
