Slaters do some wheels. I got some for my aborted 3ft Ravenglass and Eskdale project they are not bad and they will supply standard gauge wheels on 3ft axles.

I would suggest looking at David Holman's Fintonagh - Irish Narrow Gauge 7mm/ft on 21mm gauge.

I’ve abandoned thoughts of using 5.5mm/ft on 16.5mm.? Is anybody on this list modelling the Irish or IoM in 7mm on 21mm gauge track?? I want advise on available kits etc.
