Thanks David, any photos by David Nicholson will be very helpful. Re the ?loco‘s ?balance, David N did kindly supply me with an upgrade kit which included a cast resin cab roof which should do the trick.?

There is an issue with balance: the model needs a little more weight up for'ard and a little less at the rear. He replaced the white metal cab roof with wood and added some ballast in the smokebox IIRC (I'll check).

?In response to Tony’s query, the L&B Models coach kits had resin bodies (Slaters use plastic). No idea how they make up - mine are still in the “to do” drawer!
And thanks to David and Brian for their ideas on “Lyn”.
