'Bunny Mine' has been invited and I aim to have it relatively complete by then. I'm pleased that by having it on the modest '014 table' at Mickleover, with support from the ang community, that we have had a welcome reception from the 7mm NGA with several layouts invited to Burton. May I suggest this is a great opportunity to present 014 as an attractive gauge for new entrants, with trade support from EDM and Mark Clark for example? Also, let's keep this going in future years, as already seems indicated for 2019.
I agree it all needs to be agreed with the organisers. However, we are being invited individually so I'm just trying to understand who amongst us has got an invitation, and making sure we are a bit coordinated.

Gents, just a thought.
I hope you will all excuse me for appearing anti, which I am definitely
not, but before you all turn up with lots to show it might be a good idea to
ascertain just how much space you are likely to need and make sure that the
organizers are aware of this.
I am sure that Tim and Neil will be pleased that they have so many
potential exhibits, but I¡¯m sure you will all realise that the halls are a
finite size and space has to be allocated some time in advance to make the best
use of it.??

I guess I'm in, then! The little
I'm bringing I may want to enter in one of the competitions, but at least
it/they'll be O14.
Thanks to David there now seems to be some momentum to the planned O14
presence at the 7mmNGA in June and I know some of us are getting formal invites
(I declined doing a trade stand as NG&I).

I plan to take my quarry board which is about 4ft x 2.5ft and has a self
contained industrial layout and the surrounding loop which bigger locos can
trundle back and forth. I could probably fit it on the end of a table (or on a
side table as an L) with other stuff to demonstrate/natter about.

Paul H said he can bring some FR/WHR stuff - so he could share my table and
I'm sure David H will accompany me too.
