I'm not aware of any specific 14mm exhibits - the layouts on display are all 16.5mm this time - I have to take what's been offered as it isn't a formal exhibition where invitations are issued and expenses paid. Having said that, I'm sure some of those attending as visitors will have an interest in 14mm and there will be several opportunities to part with your cash - the EDM loco kits can be built to 14mm for example !
