It would help to find you unpack it if we knew the call sign notes posted should always have a call sign. It makes it much easier.

I have the UZ7HO package installed and I've been listening and watching for a few hours. What is the protocol to make a contact? Is there a protocol? There's no "CQ" so do I just grab a call sign from the Mheard list and click connect (belly up to the keg a draw a draft and get in someone's face) to start a conversation or do I need to find willing participants to learn how to fully use packet?
