The H4 does not have a soft key to place the device into DFU mode like the H version has - the operator just needs to hold the jog sw in and power-on the device for that mode. On Friday, March 5, 2021, 7:32:46 a.m. EST, DougVL <k8rftradio@...> wrote:
Which specific developer and firmware version number is this guide for? -- Doug, K8RFT |
Sorry, being new to posting on groups.io, I didn't include sufficient info to distinguish the specific version this structure map was made from.
As one of the posters answered, the map was created from the NanoVNA-H4 using DiSlord's release version 1.0.45. Next time, I'll be a bit more careful when posting. Also, too bad there is a way to edit posts so corrections can be made... |

Tony, that's interesting, I don't have a "CONNECTION" menu item anywhere in my menu system. I rechecked it this morning to make certain I hadn't missed something. On the back of my H4, I see a HW version: 4.2 Don, W3DRM Hi Don, |
Don,
is too strange: we have the same version, 4.2 an same firmware. I taked some photo...Is also possible that exists two version of firmware with little differences with the same name. Anyway f I have installed an SD card, 32GB in the existing internal socket of the NanoVNA, but I don't think that makes a difference. Tony, I0RKV ![]()

The third choice is "More". If you click on "More" under *your own* post, you can edit that post. I have disabled that facility on the groups I manage, for the benefit of the members. On posts I have edited, at the end/bottom there's a choice to save without sending, or to save and send. (I choose the 'don't send' one). And I have my group messages email set to "daily summary", so I only get one group email per day. Others may differ, but I have not found any topic that I needed to follow in 'real time'. Nightly is good enough. -- Doug, K8RFT |
