At the bottom of each post is a "menu" line. The third choice is "More". If you click on "More" under *your own* post, you can edit that post.
But getting one post after another after another labelled "Edited...." can get /very/ annoying for those of use using email!
I have disabled that facility on the groups I manage, for the benefit of the members.
