1.0.71 is an old version of firmware. Hugen has just released a new H4 version based on DiSlord firmware. Many, many new features. There are two versions SI and MS. SI is for original Skyworks clock

Try this.. Go into Expert Settings and select Clear Config (password is 1234). Then do a Touch Cal to calibrate your touch screen. Then Save. This should restore default settings. Then try calibration

I use my H to evaluate handheld antennas with an adapter connected to the S11 connector and hold it like it was a handheld. I usually touch the ground at the connector and I get pretty decent readings

Did you install DFUSe demo? It installs the driver. If you are getting a flag then you can manually update the driver by right clicking and then pointing to the DFUse directory where the driver is
