Getting NanoVNA-Saver to run on my Mac #nanovna-saver
I am not the best at using terminal, but, to the best of my knowledge, I've done all that I am supposed to do to get to the NanoVNA-Saver executable and I STILL cannot get a .dmg file. Anybody have a

Re: My $165,000 VNA
Having retired after 40 years in the telecom industry I can attest to this. We used to design and build our own systems. Now all applications reside on third party cloud computing platforms. Another

Re: NanoVNA WINDOWS OR ANDROID SOFTWARE
Hi Clyde, Piero, and othersJust to put a word in about Saver 0.3.8 and FW ver 1.0.39, I have not had any problems getting them to work together. NanoVNA-H4, Win 10 Pro latest update on a Dell Tower

Re: Setting up NanoVNA-H for First Use
The Cal 0 location is loaded when you restart, so to save a particular Trace setup, just do CAL/SAVE 0 if you want to automatically start with that setup. It will be saved with whatever calibration is

Re: Setting up NanoVNA-H for First Use
OK, viewed the videos and now have the firmware updated to Hyugun's last, Feb 2020. Things working as expected, however: 1. My NanoH4 saves the scan start and stop frequencies OK, so when I turn the

Re: NanoVNA WINDOWS OR ANDROID SOFTWARE
Hello Piero, I was using NanoVNA H firmware, 1.0.39.dfu FW and nanovna-saver 0.3.8 This combo did not work. I could not get the Software to recognize the VNA no mater what I tried. Even though the FW

Re: NanoVNA-H low frequency errors #calibration #firmware #nanovna-h
Hello, Tell me if you have checked the SOL terminations on another VNA? Also, I found that I needed a warm and fuzzy check when using the VNA so built up a couple reactive terminations. That is, a PCB

Re: RF from outside - Did I brick my nanoVNA-H?
If it were mine, I would almost certainly try to repair it. Probably burned up a few cents to maybe a few dollars worth of parts, might take all of an hour to fix it. After fixing it, I would buy an

Yes, the NANOVNA offerings are nothing short of a game changer and a wonderful educational tool. Once the (good) universities get word of them, they should be buying them by the hundreds for their RF

Re: NanoVNA-H low frequency errors #calibration #firmware #nanovna-h
Hi DiSlord, That is true, it is a big ask and I did consider that as being an issue. I have tried a couple of calibrations 50k to 2M and 1M to 900M. The lower frequency range still seems a little

I not recommend use as start point 50k and end big frequency like 900M Better set 1M to 900M If need measure on < 1M select only this range. Interpolation for low values < 1M allow measure it on this
