I don't think that is correct (at least in the firmware version I am using, 0.4.0-3-ge04d3af). In the Polar S11 mode, the marker readout is the Real and Imaginary components of the reflected wave. If both are zero, the Z is 50 ohms + j 0 ohms, not 0 ohms + j 0 ohms.
