I eventually gave up on replacing the screen on mine.
Not because I lack the skills to do it, but because I couldn't get one sent that didn't arrive smashed to bits when it arrived due to poor packing.
If/when you do order one, make it abundantly clear to the seller it must be packed properly for shipment.
