In my opinion, 3GHz would be great but if you were able to offer reasonable performance to 2.4 GHz to cover the WIFI band, that would satisfy a lot of potential buyers. By reasonable performance, I would think the current performance specifications for the NanoVNA in the 600 - 900 MHz band would be the target.
