No, I did read several user guids but not none that have info on the zdiag utility, can guide me to it ?

Referring to the WinUSB driver, Windows' Device Manager shows : " STM32 bootloader" .

I had a similar issue at one point. You need to ensure you've got the win.usb driver installed.
