Could you please check your hardware with this firmware version? (see attachment) It has extended hardware check and if there is some problem with your hardware you will see it on display.
I'm interesting what is root of cause for these reported issues, so I will be glad if you can upload photo or screenshot of your NanoVNA with this firmware. You can take screenshot from NanoVNA with this app:
