That's is normal. This is just because you're using different diode than hugen79.

you can install firmware 0.3.0m, then enter to CONFIG => VERSION menu and check voltage for fully charged battery. Then give me that number and I will make firmware which will show you correct battery voltage for your 1N4148 diode.

In order to measure fully charge voltage, charge your NanoVNA until charge led will stops blinking. Then:
1) disconnect from charger,
2) power on NanoVNA
3) wait 30 seconds
4) measure your accumulator voltage with voltmeter
5) enter on CONFIG => VERSION screen and write down battery voltage

Give me these two numbers (real accumulator voltage and voltage displayed on CONFIG=>VERSION screen) and I will prepare firmware which will show correct voltage for your 1N4148 diode.
